Guests in the rush
Most guests arrive in the half hour around the start, so the calculator plans for that window, not the whole evening.
Seconds per guest
A QR scan takes a few seconds; questions, wristbands or a bag check add more. Time a few at your dry run and use that.
Scanning points
Guests in the rush multiplied by seconds per guest, divided by the seconds in the window, rounded up, plus one spare for the help lane.
