## How an event runs on Fizvizz

From the first invite to months after the day.

- **Invite.** Send invites by email, one at a time or from a spreadsheet, with a personal check-in QR. Or share a link or a QR.
- **Check in.** Organisers and moderators scan at the desk. A second scan shows when they checked in and who scanned them.
- **Connect.** Attendees browse exhibitors, ask for help with Looking For, swap cards and send signals, all inside the event.
- **Keep going.** Keep the event open after it ends, so posts, introductions and new connections go on.

## Questions

### Do attendees need the app to check in?
No. You can put a personal check-in QR in the invitation email, so people who are not on Fizvizz yet can show it at the desk. Your desk team scans it with the Fizvizz app.

### Does Fizvizz work for expos and trade fairs?
Yes. Turn on exhibition for the event to add exhibitors and booth numbers, give each company a team passcode, and record booth visits by QR. A web back office imports booths from Excel and exports the attendee list.

### What happens after the event ends?
You choose. Keep the event open and it carries on as a group where attendees post, ask for introductions and stay connected. Or close it on the day.

### Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android. Organisers and exhibitors also have a web back office for expo setup.

### How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your event. Tell us about it and we will send a custom quote, or book a meeting and we will walk you through it.

### Who can see attendees’ contact details?
Attendees share cards with each other only when both agree. An event’s own managers can see their attendees’ account details; ordinary members and strangers cannot.

### Can I use Fizvizz from my AI assistant?
Yes. Fizvizz connects to AI assistants that support MCP, such as ChatGPT, with a sign-in in your browser and the same permissions you have in the app.
